2. Service Description

SingleAxis provides human-powered AI evaluation services, including AI accuracy audits, security assessments, agent safety validation, and compliance testing. Our credentialed evaluators review AI outputs to identify hallucinations, vulnerabilities, and reasoning failures, delivering structured Evidence Reports.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting evaluation requests.
• Ensure you have the rights to submit AI outputs and data for evaluation.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any Evidence Reports or findings provided by SingleAxis.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Evaluator Responsibilities

Evaluators who join our network agree to maintain confidentiality, provide accurate assessments, and complete tasks within agreed timelines. Evaluators must not share client data or evaluation content with third parties.

5. Confidentiality

All client data, AI outputs, and Evidence Reports are treated as confidential. SingleAxis implements strict data security measures and requires all evaluators to sign confidentiality agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SingleAxis website is the property of SingleAxis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Evidence Reports delivered to clients become the client's property upon payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

SingleAxis provides evaluation services as advisory in nature. We do not guarantee that all AI issues will be identified. SingleAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or reliance on Evidence Reports.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon submission of evaluation requests or as otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

SingleAxis reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or website notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
